Lira Mamanova

Lira Mamanova is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in genetics and biomedical research. Currently serving as Lead Scientist at ENHANC3D GENOMICS since July 2022, Mamanova previously held the position of Principal Scientist at CS Genetics and was a Staff Scientist at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of Single-Cell analysis for the Cellular Genetics Program. Earlier roles include Research Associate at Imperial College London, focusing on molecular genetics related to cardiovascular diseases, and Senior Researcher at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Medicine, studying hypertension mechanisms in the Kyrgyz population. Lira Mamanova earned an MSc in Genetics from Lomonosov Moscow State University between 1990 and 1995.
