Leandro Sanchez

Leandro Sanchez has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Leandro began their career at Orolix Inc. as a Production Support Manager, where they managed a team of 30 servers and applications, and created methods and standards to document all process and controls. In 2007 they moved to GE Healthcare, where they acted as an Infrastructure Coordinator, planning and maintaining all Servers and related systems used in Latin America. In 2008, they founded Build IT Solutions, where they served as Executive Director and Business Development Executive. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Technology Advisor at RockSpoon Inc. In 2017, they joined Ventos as Head of Information Technology, providing business consultancy for major Credit Card and Employee Benefit - Expense Management players in Brazil. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Information Technology Advisor at LOTS. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Enhance Fitness, UAE's #1 personal training technology company, where they are responsible for the Development and Production of the Enhance Fitness Apps.

Leandro Sanchez completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Ibirapuera between 2003 and 2007. Leandro then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Software Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2009 and 2013. In 2018, they completed a Specialization in Administração, Negócios e Marketing from The Wharton School. Additionally, they obtained an Introduction to Marketing by Wharton - University of Pennsylvania certification from Coursera in August 2018, and a MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in January 2004.
