Anderson Teixeira has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anderson began their career at Piramidal Termoplasticos Ltda as an HR Analyst Generalist, where they led the HR team, managed HR administration, and supported internal customers with HR issues. During their time there, they successfully implemented a new corporate and HR culture.

Anderson then moved on to Baxter, where they worked as an HR Consultant, HRBP, and HR Operations professional. Anderson acted as an HR Business Partner, coached leaders on high-performance management, and handled personnel management tasks. Additionally, they played a key role in regional projects and audits and trained over 750 professionals on HR, performance, ethics, compliance, leadership, culture, and values.

After that, Anderson worked at Shire as an HR Coordinator and HRBP. In this role, they managed HR for a team of four professionals, coached leaders and employees, and oversaw HR policies, procedures, and KPIs. Anderson was also responsible for recruitment, selection, retention, and development of employees.

Anderson later joined Fox International Channels (FIC) as an HR Coordinator on a temporary contract. Anderson worked on revising and designing HR policies and processes, implemented an HRIS ERP system, and trained leaders and key HR users.

Anderson then moved on to Robert Half as an HR Coordinator, where they worked on HR projects, training, policies, and procedures. During their time there, they worked with the client Danone on a 6-month contract to improve HR effectiveness and take it to a strategic level.

At Empreenda Geek, Anderson hosted a program of interviews focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, and high performance. The program aired on Rádio Geek and YouTube.

Anderson later worked at Clube Paineiras do Morumby as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they modernized HR from 1.0 to 4.0, created the HRBP team, and collaborated with leaders to develop organizational and personal capabilities. Anderson also worked on implementing effective HR strategies and programs.

More recently, Anderson worked at Revelo as an SR Tech Recruiter. Anderson was contracted by Revelo to work on a recruitment project for BCG Gamma D, where they played a key role in starting operations in Brazil. Anderson worked on recruiting various tech positions.

Currently, Anderson is employed at Águia Talentos, where they hold multiple roles including Executive Coach, Career & Leadership, Headhunter, SR Tech Recruiter HR Consultant & Mentor, and Speaker. Anderson helps individuals discover and leverage their full potential, accelerate their results, and find their professional path. Anderson works with clients both locally and internationally.

Most recently, they joined Enhance IT as an IT Tech Coach & Mentoring. In this role, they provide expert coaching sessions to consultants, identifies areas of challenge, and develops plans for improvement. Anderson also recognizes gaps in the business and makes recommendations for high-performance initiatives.

Anderson Teixeira has a diverse education history spanning several years. Anderson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business from Universidade de Sorocaba in 2001. Anderson went on to complete further education at FAESP - IPCA, where they earned a degree in Administration and Business in 2003.

In 2005, Anderson Teixeira obtained a Teacher License in Pedagogy from an unidentified institution. Anderson also pursued a degree in Accounting at Universidade Paulista, completing it in 2009.
