Shreshta Chichani

Shreshta Chichani has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Shreshta currently holds the position of Financial Controller at Enhance Ventures and Joi Gifts, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded and worked in business development at Sweet - lil- things from November 2020 to November 2021. Shreshta also worked as a Finance & Account Analyst at Innovations Group UAE from June 2018 to November 2020. Shreshta gained experience in corporate finance as a Corporate Finance Associate at Finman Capital Services from April 2017 to April 2018. Before that, they worked as a Business Manager at RCW from June 2016 to February 2017. Shreshta began their career as an Article and Audit Assistant at CHHAJED & DOSHI from April 2013 to April 2016, where they handled audits and tax-related tasks. Overall, Shreshta has a solid background in finance, accounting, business development, and management roles.

Shreshta Chichani completed their secondary education at BNVB High School under the Maharashtra Board from 1998 to 2008, obtaining their SSC degree. Shreshta then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance at Mithibai College from 2008 to 2013. In 2012, they also completed a CS Executive program at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Following that, they earned a Chartered Accountant qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, they completed a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance Management and Management of Business Analytics and decision making at NIBM Institute.
