Asif Kaleem

Asif Kaleem is an accomplished financial professional currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at PureHealth since December 2023, focusing on finance integration for acquired businesses, corporate tax, shared services, and consolidation. Previously, Asif held the position of Head of Finance at Rafed UAE from October 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included developing financial and administrative strategies and preparing the Procurement Budget. As Chief Financial Officer at National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited from October 2021 to September 2022, Asif oversaw strategic and financial accountability for Pakistan’s leading transmission utility. Prior to this, Asif spent over eight years at Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C, managing financial reporting and strategic planning. Asif also contributed as General Secretary for the ICAP UAE Chapter from August 2012 to September 2016, overseeing various professional activities. Asif holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation and a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
