Rafael Castro

Rafael Castro is currently a Partner at Hark Capital, which was acquired by P10 Holdings in September 2021. Rafael also holds the title of Senior Principal at Enhanced Capital Partners, where Rafael works on the Enhanced Credit Supported Loan Fund. Prior to their current roles, Rafael was a Managing Director at Velocity Capital Advisors, and an Associate at CIBC. Rafael has extensive experience in financial services, with previous positions at Cerberus Capital Management, JP Morgan Chase, and Lehman Brothers. Rafael holds a AB in Social Studies from Harvard University, and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
