Nicola Morotti

Nicola Morotti is currently the Head of ICT at Plenitude, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Nicola served as CIO at Be Power and Be Charge from October 2017 to October 2025, managing IT staff and activities with a focus on energy trading, e-mobility, and related services. Prior experience includes working as an IT Project Manager at Innowatio SpA, where responsibilities included managing ETRM projects and regulatory reporting systems, and holding operations and logistics roles at Edelweiss Energia S.p.a., overseeing IT development, system integration, and market analysis in power trading. Nicola graduated in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi Brescia in January 2003.
