Thomas Rowe

Thomas Rowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and education. Currently serving as the Owner of Settlers Brewing Company since June 2018, Thomas also works as a Coach/Teacher at Enid Public Schools since August 2014. Previously, Thomas was a Senior Civil Engineer and Consulting Engineer at Stantec from August 2003 to March 2019, focusing on infrastructure projects related to public utilities and roadway facilities. Thomas held the position of Public Works Director/City Engineer for the City of Solvang from July 2002 to August 2003, overseeing multiple divisions within the public works sector. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Engineer and Partner at Rowe Porterfield, LLC, from April 1999 to March 2002. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
