Jeroen Schweitz serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Enifer since October 2024, leading efforts with patented technology that transforms carbon side streams into high-value mycoprotein. As the owner of Tequila Unlimited B.V. since July 2007, Jeroen focuses on delivering premium Mexican spirits to European consumers. Previous roles include Sales Pet Food Director at Ÿnsect, where the mission centered on sustainable pet food solutions, and Sales & Marketing Manager at Yarrah Organic Petfood, contributing to its growth in organic pet food manufacturing. Jeroen's career also includes ownership of JD Clarity Solutions, management positions at IBFD Software Solutions and IBNet plc, and significant experience at Bush Boake Allen Benelux B.V., managing global accounts and project coordination. Academically, Jeroen holds a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Delta.
