Alex Waites

Alex Waites has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they were Store Manager at Franks The Flooring Store, where they were responsible for managing two shops and was tasked with bringing a failing shop back to market standard. In 2014, they also worked part time as a Sales Executive at Vicomte Bernard de Romanet, visiting customers in the home and business, selling wine straight from the vineyard. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at NOW: Pensions as an Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and set up an offshore operation in India. Alex was also a People Engagment Group Rep at Capita Employee Benefits and a Pension Administrator at Capita. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Member of PASA Industry Policy Committee at PASA - Pensions Administration Standards Association CIC, and is currently a Sales Manager at Enigio.

Alex Waites attended Park View Community School, where they obtained their GCSE, and then went on to New College Durham to study Public Services.
