Karl Bates

Karl Bates is currently working as the Executive Strategy Director at Enigma since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Planning Director at Innocean Worldwide Australia Pty Ltd from September 2019 to May 2022. Karl also held the position of Executive Planning Director at BWM Dentsu from July 2016 to September 2019. Karl has worked in various planning roles, including National Planning Director at McCann Worldgroup from February 2012 to January 2015 and National Planning Director at Saatchi & Saatchi from August 2009 to January 2012.
