Marco Bertolini

Marco Bertolini has a diverse work experience in human resources and recruitment roles. Marco worked as a HRBP - Human Resources Business Partner at Eninter Ascensores since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Técnico RRHH, Gestión,Selección y Desarrollo de Personas at the same company from March 2016 to January 2021. Before joining Eninter Ascensores, Marco worked as a Técnico RRHH- Responsable de Selección at Fincas Blanco SL from April 2014 to March 2016. Marco also worked at Balmes Innova as a Tecnico RRHH, Coordinador de Formacion, Recruiter y Responsable Area E-Learning from September 2007 to November 2012, and at Iscom Emilia Romagna Formazione Confcommercio as a Coordinador de formación from January 2006 to July 2007.

Marco Bertolini completed their education with a Máster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos en las Organizaciones from UPF-IDEC from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Licenciado superior in Educacion de los adultos from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they obtained between 1997 and 2006.
