Carol Spendilow

Carol Spendilow is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in various industries. Carol is currently serving as the Head of Legal at Eniro since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chairperson of the Board Asynjor Värmland at Asynjor Invest from April 2022. Carol has also worked as a General Counsel at Adapteo Group starting from March 2020. Before that, Carol served as a Member Of The Board Of Advisors at TryggaAvtal Sverige AB from October 2019. Carol founded Reach Group Sverige in January 2018 and worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Spendilaw AB from April 2016. Additionally, Carol has experience as an Interim In-House Counsel at Tele2 from May 2017 to December 2018 and at Kinnarps Group from December 2014 to August 2017. Carol also served as the Head of Legal (interim) at Polystar Group from January 2019 to April 2020. Carol Spendilow attended Stockholm University from 1992 to 1998, where they earned a Jur kand degree in Law. In 1996 to 1997, they also studied at Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III) as part of the Erasmus program, focusing on EC Law.
