Kaj Lindholm

Kaj Lindholm is the current Head of Voice Nordics and CEO at Eniro. Prior to this, Lindholm held various positions at Eniro, SIINDA, Dynava, 1880 Nummeropplysning AS, Suomen Numeropalvelu Oy, and Eniro Sentraali Oy. Most notably, Lindholm was a member of the management board of Direktia Oy, a subsidiary of Elisa Communications.

Lindholm has been with Eniro since 1994 and has held their current position since 2016. Under their leadership, Eniro has become one of the leading search companies in the Nordics.

Kaj Lindholm attended the National Defence University in Finland, where they earned a degree as a Naval Officer. Kaj also attended Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu, where they completed their matriculation examination.

They are on a team with Inger Schinnes Sederholm - Chief Human Resource Officer, Carl Piva - Head of Products & Technology, and Magdalena Bonde - acting Chief Sales and Marketing Director. Their manager is Örjan Frid, Group President & CEO.
