Adrián Belmonte Martín

Adrián Belmonte Martín is an expert in network information security with extensive experience in cybersecurity roles. Currently serving as the Senior Programme Manager of Cyber Security Competitions at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) since April 2015, Adrián leads the design and execution of the European Cyber Security Challenge (ECSC) and manages cooperation through the MeliCERTes platform for enhancing cybersecurity preparedness among EU Member States. Prior to this, Adrián worked as a Security Engineer at AndaluciaCERT from September 2010 to April 2015, managing incident response and promoting security best practices. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Consultant developing the Guadalinex V7 operating system and positions in network administration and technical support, complemented by a Master's Degree in IT and Communications Security from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
