Ranjith G P has worked in a variety of roles in the Cyber Security field. Ranjith began their career in 2018 as a Software Engineer at Quess Corp Limited, where they monitored security incidents using SIEM tools, analyzed offenses for botnet, P2P activity, virus threats, trojans, malwares, and policy violations, and provided technical/administrative support for blocking/whitelisting external IOCs. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Executive at Vodafone Business, providing technical and administrative support for phishing to secure customer emails infrastructure, analyzing and documenting potential security incidents, and preparing statistics reports for management. In 2020, they began working as a Cyber Threat Analyst at Optiv, where they monitored incident queues and alerts from various monitoring functions, communicated with clients and stakeholders for security events, and handled large security projects with knowledge of server infrastructure, network, and end client security solutions. Currently, they are a Cyber Security Engineer at Port53.

Ranjith G P completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications from Ramaiah Institute of Technology in 2013, majoring in Computer Science. Ranjith then went on to earn their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Regional Office, Bangalore in 2016, also majoring in Computer Science.
