Katlin Kattai

Katlin Kattai is an experienced project and programme officer currently working at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) since June 2024 and serving as an expert in the EU CyberNet Expert Pool from July 2023. Kattai has a strong background in digital transformation and e-governance, previously holding the position of Business Development Director at Digital Nation from January 2023 to June 2024 and mentoring in the GovStack Women in GovTech Challenge. From January 2021 to January 2023, Kattai served as a Seconded National Expert on Digital at the European Commission's DG for International Partnerships, focusing on digital governance in international contexts. Earlier roles include Head of Client and International Relations at the Centre of Registers and Information Systems and a digital transformation expert for the OECD. Kattai's educational background includes a Master's in Econometrics from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's in Economics from Université Louis Pasteur.
