Loek Gerrits

Loek Gerrits has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and machine learning. Loek most recently worked as a Senior Machine Learning & Sales Engineer at Enjins, where they built Machine Learning engines for various companies across different industries. Prior to that, Loek served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at BigData Republic, where they developed and implemented a forecasting algorithm for IKEA Digital. Loek also worked as a Data Scientist at Vantage AI, where they worked on projects for Ahold Delhaize and 4Value, focusing on data science algorithms and coaching junior data scientists. Additionally, Loek worked as a Freelance Data Scientist at AFC Ajax, creating a supervised machine learning algorithm. Loek also gained experience as a Data Scientist at REMIQZ, developing a salary model for a data-driven app, and as a Junior Business Analyst and Working Student at Hypercube Business Innovation, where they worked on sport-related projects.

Loek Gerrits has a solid education history. Loek obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Econometrics with a specialization in Data Science & Business Analytics from the University of Amsterdam.
