Paola Paz Fuentes

Paola Paz Fuentes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and process management. Since April 2007, Paola has served as Subgerente de Operaciones Comerciales at Enjoy S.A., where leadership in the commercial and promotional activities has been pivotal in establishing a structured and effective operational framework across various business units. Prior to this role, Paola was instrumental in the formation of the company's Processes Submanagement, which transitioned into a management level in 2008. Earlier experience includes managing customer service departments at EFE and leading projects at Anticipa S.A. Paola holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and a Diploma in Leadership and Team Management from Universidad de Chile.
