Stephen Salguero

Stephen Salguero is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as President of Ava Investment since March 2001, Stephen has honed expertise in consulting for complex cross-border transactions. As President of AVA INVESTMENT SL, Stephen actively participates on several boards, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities. Additionally, Stephen holds a board member position at Enjoy S.A., representing shareholders in a leading gaming company in Latin America. Previously, Stephen led CliC Products, achieving significant market presence in the Premium Optical segment, and played a key role in the successful development of a luxury condominium project in Lisbon as a board member of Jardins da Estrella. Stephen's career also includes a tenure as President of Snack Foods, focused on EMEA distribution of consumer food goods, and a leadership position with the YPO Madrid Chapter. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
