Sonali Shaikh

Sonali Shaikh serves as the Director of HR and Admin at EnKing International (EKI Energy Services Ltd) since July 2013, previously holding the position of General Manager of HR & Admin within the same organization, which specializes in climate change consultancy and training services. Prior to EKI, Sonali worked as a Manager at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore from October 2012 to April 2013, contributing to one of India's prominent business schools. Sonali began their professional journey as a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Sanghi Motors Limited for a year, starting in September 2011. Academically, Sonali earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Amity University between 2009 and 2011, a B.Sc in Microbiology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 2006 to 2009, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Saint Umar H.S.School in Indore.
