Richard Phillips OLY

Richard Phillips OLY has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Richard started their career at PUMA Group as a Professional Athlete from August 2006 to December 2013. Richard then worked at 3Cinteractive as a NOC Administrator from December 2013 to December 2014, where they monitored network and software solutions and managed trouble tickets. Phillips then joined Broward County Public Schools as a System Administrator from January 2015 to August 2017, where they were responsible for account management and provided Tier II support. Richard later joined Shiji Group, where they held multiple roles, including Operations Analyst from August 2017 to June 2018, System Engineer from June 2018 to November 2019, and DevOps Engineer from November 2019 to August 2022. In these roles, they provided software Tier III support, managed trouble tickets, and collaborated with various stakeholders. Richard is currently working at Enlace Health as a DevOps Engineer, where they have implemented cost-saving measures, managed documentation, and troubleshooted infrastructure issues.
