Samantha Miniato, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Samantha began their career in 2013 as an Assistant Technical Recruiter at Information Control Company, where they gained experience in sourcing and onboarding candidates with specific skill sets. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter and focused on recruiting individuals skilled in Project Management, Business Analysis, and SAP.

In 2014, Samantha joined Enlace Health as a Talent Lead. Samantha connected with professionals in the healthcare and technology fields and oversaw the entire recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting candidate interviews, and facilitating negotiations. Samantha held this role until 2016, when they became the Employee Experience Lead. In this position, Samantha managed the full-cycle interview process, supported compliance measures, and conducted benefits analysis.

Most recently, Samantha was the Director of Talent and Human Resources at Enlace Health. Starting in 2017, they took ownership of the recruitment and interview process, conducted job analysis to develop career tracks and salary progressions, and implemented an onboarding platform. Their role focused on ensuring new hires were engaged and supported from the moment they accepted their offer letter.

Samantha Miniato, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. In July 2018, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Prior to that, in October 2014, they obtained the Certified Professional Services Recruiter certification from TechServe Alliance.
