Jiao Ma

Jiao Ma is a Senior Principal Scientist at Enlaza Therapeutics since May 2022, with prior experience as a Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca and Senior Scientist at GSK. Jiao has developed an LC-MS/MS based platform for host cell protein identification, led antibody characterization projects for regulatory filings, and established a proteomics function at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies to support small molecule inhibitor development. Academic experience includes a postdoctoral position at the Salk Institute, focusing on microproteins and small-molecule IDE inhibitor synthesis. Jiao holds a PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Harvard University and a BS in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Washington.
