Preethi Peter

Preethi Peter is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and employee relations. Currently serving as a People & Organization Business Partner at Enlighted Global Technology Center, a Siemens Company since September 2016, Preethi has previously held the position of HR Generalist at the British Council from May 2013 to September 2016, where responsibilities included statutory compliance and change management. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Executive in Human Resources at Photon Infotech from 2010 to 2012. Preethi holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resources from Loyola College, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Science from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.
