John Henderson

As Chief Legal Officer at Enlighten USA and Enlighten Australia, John manages the legal requirements of the organization, working closely with the Advisory Board, sales and implementation teams.

After John graduated from law school, he established his own law firm, where for 10 years, he developed the skills suitable for assisting early-stage, rapidly growing companies. For the next 17 years, John became a stakeholder in pioneering projects in various industries across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the United States, including water desalination, hardwood plantations, telecommunications, and software development. He established high-level relationships as an executive adviser for the founders of those small-medium enterprises.
