Brigit Catalanotti

Brigit Catalanotti is an accomplished fitness instructor and clinical therapist with extensive experience in dance instruction and mental health support. Currently serving as a Fitness Instructor at Modern Barre and a Clinical Therapist at Enlightened Interventions, LLC since 2015, Brigit has also been a Dance Instructor at Dance It Up! Dance Center since 2008. Previous roles include Mental Health Clinician at Community Healthlink Inc, Early Intervention Specialist Intern at Boston Children's Hospital, and Clinical Psychology Intern at Y.O.U., Inc. Brigit's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Antioch New England Graduate School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Social Rehabilitation from Assumption College.
