Candy Mertzeis

Candy Mertzeis has extensive experience in analysis and program evaluation within government and private sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Analyst at Enlightened, Inc. since February 2018, Candy previously held the position of Program/Business Analyst at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from April 2010 to May 2017, focusing on evaluating program effectiveness and system improvements. Prior roles include Reviewer/Case Analyst at USIS from April 2000 to April 2010 and Supervisory Management Analyst at the Internal Revenue Service from January 1986 to January 1996, where responsibilities included field office evaluations in the Sarasota/Ft. Myers area.
