Rafik Ward

Rafik Ward is an experienced executive and advisor in the technology sector, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Enlightra and Dream Photonics Inc., as well as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Nexus Photonics. Rafik founded Early Light Consulting, LLC, in June 2020, where the role of CEO continues. Previous positions include Chief Strategy Officer at Finisar Corporation, with a tenure spanning over 16 years, and advisory roles at II-VI Incorporated and T1Nexus. Rafik's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
