Dan Guill

Dan Guill transitioned from President and Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer in March of 2021. Prior to this, Guill led operations across Enlivant’s 230 senior living communities including clinical operations, sales, marketing, food services, IT, and facility maintenance. Under Mr. Guill’s operational leadership, Enlivant continues to grow with new locations, enhanced capabilities and an unwavering commitment to provide vibrant living options and the highest quality care. Mr. Guill has an extensive background in senior housing, hospitality, finance and healthcare services and brings an intense focus on continuously improving operational performance. He serves on the board of Argentum and is a member of the finance and audit committee.
