Juliano Soares dos Santos

Juliano Soares dos Santos is the CTO at Enlizt, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Manager of New Business Development at SuitePlus Tecnologia from February 2014 to June 2016. In that role, they were responsible for the conception of the usability and technical architecture of ATER Mobile App 1.0 (currently called ATeG). Juliano also led the development of M+ 2.0 (NetSuite module to connect the CRM to third party email service provider, enabling large scale email campaigns).

At Enlizt, Juliano is responsible for ensuring that the technology as a whole aligns with the company's goals and for product development. Juliano has transformed Enlizt's complex and lengthy hiring process into a simple and intuitive experience.

Juliano Soares dos Santos has a PhD in Knowledge Management from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same school, and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
