About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at Enlyft, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the evolution of our platform's APIs and Integrations, driving pivotal growth for our business. With an expanding roster of enterprise clients, Enlyft is strategically pivoting towards an API-first approach to meet the demands of our diverse customer base.

As a senior product manager, you'll spearhead our efforts in driving enterprise growth. You will take ownership of the roadmap for Integrations & APIs, orchestrating every aspect of the product life cycle, from meticulous research and competitive analysis to strategic planning, positioning, and successful launch execution. Collaborating closely with the application team, you'll ensure seamless integration of API solutions to support the development of our flagship application. You'll also be the primary point of contact for stakeholders for our API and Integrations, facilitating clear and effective communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer workflows, use cases, and pain points to gain comprehensive insights into their requirements. Conduct thorough analyses of competitive offerings to identify areas for innovation and differentiation in API and Integration capabilities.
• Document and prioritize a dynamic backlog for APIs and Integrations, actively contributing to the overarching roadmap planning. Utilize usage and engagement metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Define strategic milestones for the development and implementation of API & Integration solutions. Translate these strategic imperatives into detailed requirements for the engineering team.
• Closely collaborate with the application development team to strategically align API planning with both new feature development and external-facing APIs.
• Lead end-to-end coordination of product and feature launches, including positioning definition, website and documentation updates, customer communication, onboarding, and migration.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders across the organization, including leadership, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and success throughout the process.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• 5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a strong history that demonstrates your skill to build API and Integrations for SaaS products successfully.
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions.
• General knowledge of software development, methodologies, and the latest technologies such as GenIA is required for optimal and innovative solution development.
• Good to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
