Amina Keller

Amina Keller has held various roles in the professional world since 2010. Amina started their career at QUISMA - a GroupM company, as a Trainee Marketing & Translations in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Online Customer Service at Galleryy International. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Customer Relations & HR Support at Wall Street English. From 2015 to 2019, Amina held two positions at PulsM, as a Co Managing Director and a Social Worker. In 2019, they were a Social Worker at Verein Für Internationale Jugendarbeit. In 2020, they were a Project Manager & Onboarding Specialist at LingaTel GmbH. Since 2021, Amina has been working at Businettes | the female incubator as an HR Assistant & Content Editor. Amina is currently employed as a People Operations Manager and Talent Operations Associate at enmacc since 2022.

Amina Keller completed a Bachelor's degree in Internationale Wirtschaftskommunikation from Hochschule für Angewandte Sprachen des SDI München between 2008 and 2012. Amina has also obtained certifications in Arbeitsrecht (Kompakt), Change Management, Balanced Leadership, Business Coach & Trainer, Change Management Foundation, Deeskalationstraining, Interkulturelle Kompetenzen, and Trauma und Migration - Herausforderung in Beratung und Begleitung from different institutions.
