Benjamin Woodman

Benjamin Woodman, MBA, is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a robust background in trading, analytics, and engineering. Currently serving as a Real Time Power Trader at ENMAX since December 2019, Benjamin has also held roles such as Market Analytics Specialist and previously worked as a Commodity Trading Risk Analyst at Rockpoint Gas Storage. Prior to these positions, Benjamin was employed at TransAlta as a Power/Natural Gas Trading Risk Analyst and a Power Trading Analyst. Benjamin's educational qualifications include an MBA in Natural Resources, Energy, and Environment from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Computational Data Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additional experience includes project engineering at FourQuest Energy and various engineering roles at Halliburton.
