Scott Short

Scott Short has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Scott is currently the Director of HR Delivery & Employee Experience at ENMAX since 2023. Scott previously worked at Weatherford, where they held several positions, including Global Senior Manager - Talent Management, Geozone HR Director - North America, HR Manager for Canada and Western USA, Canada Geozone Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2023. Before that, they worked at Trimac Transportation as the Director of Human Resources TTL, Assistant Director of Human Resources & Employee Relations, and Employee Relations Manager from 2006 to 2012. Scott also worked at Loblaw Companies Limited as the Industrial Relations Manager and Assistant Industrial Relations Manager from 2002 to 2006.

Scott Short attended The University of Lethbridge from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Management degree with a specialization in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
