Kayla Hess

Kayla Hess, MHS, is a microbiologist contractor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Previously, Kayla worked as an IYCF-E Repository Writer at the Emergency Nutrition Network. Kayla also has experience as a medical scribe in Radiation Oncology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, an optical technician at Aqua Vision Care, and as a supervisor, resident advisor, and neuroscience research assistant at the University of Virginia. Kayla holds a Master of Health Science in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
