Stephanie Bäckström

Stephanie Bäckström is an experienced professional in leadership and team development with a strong background in consultancy and academia. Currently serving as Director at Ennova since January 2021, Stephanie oversees the "Leadership and Team Development" team across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Previously, as Managing Partner and co-owner at LEAD - enter next level from April 2015 to December 2020, Stephanie managed a team of 12-14 consultants and held responsibilities for personnel management within the firm. Additionally, experience includes roles as Nordic Director of Development and Sales at Beaconforce, external lecturer at Aarhus University, and research assistant at Aalborg University. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Aalborg University.
