Rodrigo Naranjo del Pozo has a diverse range of work experience. Rodrigo began their career as a Pasante auxiliar at Consorcio Geyco, where they were responsible for tasks such as developing charts and monitoring construction schedules. Rodrigo then worked as an Anfitrión atención al cliente at Bar Restaurante Sports Planet, where they focused on customer service and event organization.

Moving on, Rodrigo joined Telefónica as a Team Member Branding, where they contributed to the establishment of the brand presence nationwide. Rodrigo also played a role in generating strategies to compete with rivals and worked on coordinating and implementing store openings and new product launches. After this, they worked at Marathon Sports as a Brand Manager, responsible for brand development, positioning, and analyzing trends.
