Sian Mason

Sian Mason is an experienced Talent Partner with a background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Sian has worked with several organizations, including Enode and Sylvera, where Sian held the position of Talent Partner. Prior to that, Sian worked as a Talent Associate at dxw and SparkChange, both through Canda, and began in the field as a Talent Acquisition Associate/Recruiter at Canda. Sian Mason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Archaeology from the University of Southampton, completed in 2019.
