David Case has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 1997. David began their career as a Sales Associate at US Robotics/3Com, followed by a Senior Sales Engineer role at Worldweb in 1999. In 2000, they took on a Technical Account Manager role at Tacit Knowledge, and then an Application Engineer role at MKS in 2001. From 2002 to 2012, they worked as a Professional Services Consultant at Vocollect, and then as a Sales Manager - Customer Success at Honeywell Sensing and Productivity Solutions, where they conceived, built and managed the Customer Success Program. In 2018, they became a Customer Success Director at MuleSoft, and then a Director of Sales at WHISHWORKS in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Regional Director of Channels at enosix.
David Case obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Roosevelt University. David also has a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in June 2004.
