Jesús Gonzales Perez

Jesús Gonzales Perez is an experienced talent acquisition and organizational development leader, currently serving at Enotria SA since February 2022, overseeing end-to-end selection processes for IT and production areas. Previous roles include positions at the Fuerza Aérea del Perú, Manpower Perú as a senior recruitment consultant, and Summa Gold Corporation as an HR generalist, where Jesús managed recruitment for mining operations. Additional experience includes teaching at Instituto SISE and coordination roles in recruitment and selection at Odisea and Deltron.
