Mohamed ElManzalawi is an experienced talent development and recruitment professional currently serving as both Talent Development Manager and Recruitment Manager at Enova by Veolia since August 2018. With a strong focus on human capital and recruitment across seven countries in the MENA region, Mohamed has developed a key understanding of business strategy pertaining to Technical and Support Services. Prior to this role, Mohamed held various positions including Assistant Manager - Recruitment at Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arabtec Holding PJSC, and Research Associate at Korn/Ferry International. Mohamed began the career journey as a Trainee Researcher at McKinsey & Company. Mohamed earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the American University in Dubai in 2009.
