About the role:

As Senior Collections Analyst at Enova you will be responsible for collection strategy and operations. The great challenge of this position will be to improve the levels of success in collections, increase efficiency and implement new technologies and collection processes. This role requires the ability to put your ideas into practice and high analytical skills to ensure that your recommendations are based on facts and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics based on analysis of operational data, forecast results and align goals and budget
  • Propose, develop and monitor Collection’s Main KPI's
  • Sense of ownership in activities related to the success of the collection area (it is important to have a critical sense to propose changes and improve results).
  • Create champion challenge strategies to improve results, proposing new processes, tools, technologies and solutions
  • Relationship building skills, including the team, suppliers, service providers and leaders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of work experience in relevant roles such as: planning, mis and strategy
  • Ability to solve problems: identify opportunities for improvement, propose a resolution approach, align expectations with those involved and discuss recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills: able to connect business challenges with data and KPIs; manipulate databases with tools such as SQL and Excel; present results in a direct and data-driven way
  • Communication and influence skills: Present structured recommendations, organize arguments, and support claims with data and facts
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
