Andrew Schmidt

Andrew Schmidt has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a District Sales Representative for Newell Brands, where they successfully opened new accounts and achieved significant sales. Andrew then worked as a Sales Manager for Coast to Coast Home Solutions / Union Fidelity Mortgage from 2006 to 2009. Later, they joined GE as a Western Region Sales Director, managing a team of sales representatives and handling various responsibilities such as financial planning and trade show logistics. In 2011, Andrew became an Operations Analyst at EXPRESS, where they implemented cost-saving plans and improved customer experience in ecommerce fulfillment. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at CBC Innovis as a Manager, leading customer and predictive analytics. Most recently, Andrew worked at Enova International as the Head of Operations, SMB, where they developed a strategic roadmap and implemented statistical rigor to drive business growth and operational improvements.

Andrew Schmidt attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained their MBA with a focus on Finance/Analytics. Prior to that, they studied at The Johns Hopkins University from 1998 to 2002, earning their BA in Political Science and Economics. Andrew began their education at Hawken School in 1994, where they completed their general studies from 1994 to 1998.
