Erin Diaz

Erin Diaz is an experienced professional in fraud strategy and operations, currently serving as the Fraud Strategy Lead at Enova International since June 2017. With a strong background in data analysis, fraud mitigation, and stakeholder communication, Erin has progressed through various roles within the company, from Fraud Operations Analyst to leading the fraud strategy team. Erin has developed and implemented critical fraud processes, provided training to contact center staff, and maintained a focus on improving customer experience while mitigating risks. Prior experience includes roles in research coordination, restaurant management, banking, and sales, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University.
