Rebecca West

Rebecca West has a strong background in project management and leadership roles. Rebecca worked as a Lead Project Manager at Enova International from 2019 to the present, where they developed project frameworks, managed large product initiatives, and facilitated collaboration between multiple teams and third-party vendors. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, Agile PMO at ShopperTrak from 2015 to 2019, overseeing agile project management processes. Rebecca also served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Applied Systems, Inc. from 1998 to 2014. Overall, their experience spans over two decades and includes expertise in project management, software development best practices, and quality assurance.

Rebecca West began their education in 1994 and completed it in 1997 at Prairie State College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Later, Rebecca pursued additional certifications, including an Associates in Insurance Services (AIS) from The Institutes Risk and Insurance. Furthermore, they earned the Certified Scrum Master designation from Scrum Alliance in May 2012, followed by the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2017. Rebecca'smost recent certification is the Advanced Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in March 2020.
