Daniel Martinez

Daniel joined Enovate Upstream in 2020 as the back-end Engineer, responsible for designing, deploying and integrating the cloud infrastructure for the ADA AI™ Platform, in order to develop and maintain the Cloud Architecture on which all the engine resides.

Daniel started his career as an implementation engineer, in charge of the installation of Contact Center, VoIP and Storage platforms, as well as the deployment of LAN-WAN data networks. For more than 12 years he has worked for several companies on IT infrastructure, Cloud Applications, Enterprise Communications and Back-end platforms, including his own IT services company, Dagmatek Solutions, which he founded in Colombia with two associates back in 2013. Company that Daniel has taken to work in alliance with big players like Telefónica, Teleperformance and Cable & Wireless, among others.

His experience has covered the deployment of solutions of well-known brands in the IT sector, like Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon, Avaya, Hewlett-Packard, and Nuance, reaching the delivery of projects in Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, the Caribbean, and the United States.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Industrial de Santander, and a Master's Degree in Business, Design and Technology of Telecommunications from Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya, Spain.
