Charly Zwemstra

Charly Zwemstra serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board for BCS Groep B.V., while also holding the position of CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Main Capital Partners since April 2003, where strategic private equity for growing software companies across Benelux, DACH, Nordics, and the USA has been developed. With a robust portfolio, Main Capital oversees majority holdings in over 40 software groups. Zwemstra's supervisory roles include Chairman at Assessio, Enovation B.V., and SDB Groep, along with membership positions at HYPE Innovation and GB Tech. Prior experience includes a partnership at AlpInvest Partners, focusing on European technology investments. Zwemstra obtained a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Groningen between 1982 and 1987.
