Dario Gonzalo Saavedra Alvarez

Dario Gonzalo Saavedra Alvarez is a Product Development Engineer I at Enovis since July 2022, with prior experience as a Product Design Intern at Exactech. Dario has actively engaged with the UF Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, providing leadership in research and outreach initiatives, and has contributed to Engineers Without Borders by facilitating communication and educational programs for the Maras Ayllu community. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida, Dario conducted advanced biomechanical research and developed surgical guides for equine patients. Dario holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, along with an Associate of Arts from St. Petersburg College and a Bachelor's degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
