Curtis L. Whetten

Curtis L. Whetten has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in cell technology and product safety. Currently serving as the Cell Characterization Lab Manager and Sr. Staff Environmental Test Engineer at ENOVIX Corporation since November 2020, Curtis develops evidence for advancements in cell technology. Prior to this, a notable tenure at Motorola Solutions included roles as Cell Product Safety Engineer and Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer, where Curtis ensured regulatory compliance for products and led the development of battery cell pack designs. Previously, Curtis worked at NCR Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer, Panasonic as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Scientific Atlanta as a Senior Engineering Designer. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Design Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University and further education from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
